Paste Button
The process of
displaying data at a certain location, after a copy or a cut operation, is
called Pasting of Data. It can be quickly done with the help of
the Paste Button.
The Operation of the
Paste Button always follows the copy or cut operation. Any text can be copied
or moved from one document and pasted in the same or different document.
Cut Button
The Cut Button is
used to move any block of text from one location in your document to another.
During the cut operation, no duplicate copy of the text is made. Instead, when
the text is moved to next location, it gets deleted from its previous location.
With the Cut button, text can be moved not only within a document but also from
one document to another.
Copy Button
The Copy button
is used to make duplicate copy of another block of text. Any text can be
copied from one location in your document to another through the copy
operation. Copying can be done not only within the Document but also from one
Document to another Document.
Format Painter
The Format painter
is used to copy the format of the selected text and copy it to another.
We have to select the
text whose Format have to copy. After that click on the Format Painter. Now the
cursor turned into the brush of Format Painter, now select the text on which
you want to paste that Format. The Format copied on that Text.
Font Keys
Font button
Microsoft Words provides
you the various types of Alphabet styles to make you Document Attractive and
more representative. In printing Language these types of Alphabet Styles Are
Called Fonts. The Font button helps you to Select the desired font for
your Document.
Select the text and Then
go to the Font Select the Fonts (for e.g.- Arial, Calibri, Algerian, Arabic
etc.)
Font Size Button
The Font Size button
is used to change the Font Size of the Text. We can Increse Or decrease the
size of the Selected Texts.
For this You have to
Select the text of which you want to change the font Size.Now go to the Font
Size and select the Desired Font Size.
Bold Button
If you want to make any
text bolder than others, than Bold Button helps you in this case.
Just select the Required
Texts Go to the Bold button and Click on it. The Selected text becomes bolder
than others.
Italic Button
If you want to give any
text Italic Format, than Italic Button helps you in this case.
Just select the Required
Texts Go to the Italic button and Click on it. The Selected text becomes
Italic.
Underline Button
In Microsoft Word You
have to Highlight some words, For this you can use the Underline
tool.
Just Select the text and
click on Underline, The selected text have Underline below.
Strikethrough Button
Sometime while writing
we did some mistakes, when these mistakes done in the notebook we just Cut it
and move on. Same as we can do this on the Computer's Window Screen, If some
word typed Wrong in place of Replacing We can use Strikethrough to show
that mistake.
(For Example: Soflne Softline)
Change Case Button
In Microsoft Word Change
Case tool helps us to change the case of the Texts.
For changing the case of
the Words: First Select the Words whose you want to change the case > then
Go to the change Case Button >
Options opens: 1. Sentence case
2. lowercase
3. UPPERCASE
4. Captalize Each Word
5. tOGGLE cASE
Select the Appropriate
Option you want to Apply in your Document.
Text Highlight Color
Button
Text Highlight Color Button helps us to Highlight some of the
Important Texts, Words, or Lines in our Document. Just select the Text you want
to highlight, then go to Text Highlight Color Button
and select the color
with you want to highlight the Text, text will be Highlighted.
Font Color Button
The Font Color Button is
use to Give the text a different color.
For this you just select
the Text and then click on the Font Color Button and than select the Desired
Color you want to give you selected text, color will be applied to the selected
text.
Clear Formatting
Clear Formatting, helps us to clear all the Formatting (Such As:
Bold, Italic, Underline, Aligns, Font, Font Size, Highlight etc) of our
selected texts. The Texts will be Pasted as a normal texts as it was before. We
don't need to clear its format one by one. It is done together by once.
